🗾GOOGLE MAPS - Navitage the land of the rising sun with ease
This is my number 1 navigation app in Japan (or elsewhere). Navigating the complex transportation system can be overwhelming, especially in big cities like Tokyo or Osaka. In my experience, Google Maps is accurate and reliable for finding train schedules, bus routes, and walking directions.
Guess what ? The app provides real-time updates on subway and train times. You’ll have alternatives if needed. Rest assured, Japanese trains are rarely late.
Sabe’s tip : don’t forget to download the map of your area in case you’re offline and needs directions.

Language barriers can be a challenge in Japan, especially in rural areas where English is less common. You’ll be able to choose your meal with peace of mind.
